(Updated) Future Updates to Tournament of Power

Start Time: 2025-11-05 14:30:00 (JST) ~ End Time: 2030-01-01 00:00:00 (JST)

Update
Here is more information about the Tournament of Power update.

Leagues After the Update
The Tournament of Power currently takes place in five leagues (Z/S/A/B/C). It will be changed to a three-league system (A/B/C).

With this change, all players will begin playing in C League.
League UP Rewards will also be available again even if they have been received previously.
Z Missions that required reaching certain leagues will also be discontinued.

Post-Update Rewards
Rewards acquired through the Tournament of Power will also be adjusted.

Ranking Rewards until now resulted in a very small portion of players receiving a large amount of rewards, while many could not receive any rewards.
To address this, we will make adjustments so that more players can receive Ranking Rewards.

Clear Rewards and Missions available through play will also be discontinued. These rewards will be made available in other battle content.

Update
Upcoming Character Abilities
On , ULTRA Half-Corrupted Fusion Zamasu was released. This will be the last character with Tournament of Power abilities, and new characters who appear in the future will not have Tournament of Power abilities upon being added to the game.

*ULTRA Half-Corrupted Fusion Zamasu's Tournament of Power abilities will also be removed at the time of the overhaul.

Characters that receive a new Zenkai Awakening before the overhaul of the Tournament of Power will use the same Tournament of Power abilities as before Zenkai Awakening.

(Repost) Character Abilities
As mentioned in a recent notice, when the overhaul occurs, all Tournament of Power abilities (including Tournament of Power Z Abilities, etc.) will be removed from all characters (including ULTRA Half-Corrupted Fusion Zamasu).

Following the overhaul, the Tournament of Power will continue in a form where players can enjoy strategizing using stat boosts and more based on team member placements in place of character abilities, etc.
For more detailed information regarding the overhaul changes, please wait for a future update.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those enjoying the current ruleset for the Tournament of Power and appreciate your understanding.

Release
Thank you for your continued support of Dragon Ball Legends.

In an update this fall, the Tournament of Power will be receiving a major overhaul.
*Updates described here will also be applied to Guild Battles, which use the same ruleset.

Main Changes

Removal of Tier Bonuses
Tier Bonuses calculated from usage rates for each season will be removed. Instead, an advantage will be given to specific Tags and/or Episodes each season.

Fewer stages, but up to 2 attempts
The current number of stages will be reduced, but you will be able to make a second attempt after completing your first.
If you earn a higher score on your second attempt, it will overwrite your previous score.

You will not be required to play a second time. This change will allow players to adjust their characters and teams to aim for a higher score.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to players who enjoy the current ruleset for the Tournament of Power.
We ask for your understanding as we work to create a more accessible gameplay experience. Once again, thank you for your continued support.

We hope you continue to enjoy Dragon Ball Legends.
