- Customers who would have been able to claim Assist-o-bot rewards during the period from the extension of maintenance to the time maintenance ended will receive double of the highest quantity reward for each applicable Assist-o-bot.
- Customers who had an active Premium Plan that ended during the 24 hours from the extension of maintenance to the time maintenance ended will receive any uncompleted or unclaimed rewards as compensation.
